#500 and a giveaway!

This is my 500th post! That's a lot of writing in 5 years! It means so much to me that you come here day after day and read. Even more, I love it when you take the time to leave me a comment or send me an email. I wish I was better at responding to each of them. Please know that I read every single one and they make me smile. 

I wanted to do something special for you, so I hired my graphic designer (my husband- wink wink!) to make some fun posters. These were inspired by something similar that I saw on Pinterest a while ago. I spent a little time coming up with my own words...

Venn diagrams are great don't you think? I'm very visual and there's something about that sweet spot in the middle where it all comes together. I'm giving away 5!

(These are 11x17 and printed on 32lb weight paper)

I keep reading because you are so real, you look for the good, acknowledge the difficult, share your tips and tricks, and generally just give hope. Thank you.
My favorite post? Ah, there are so many. I go back to your posts about what you give your friends for gifts (inspiration for giving to my own friends) as well as your homeschooling posts. But the one that sticks out in my mind is where one of your girls had decorated her room during the holidays with twinkle lights. It made me race around looking for some twinkle lights to magic-ify (it could be a word) my own girls' room.

Happy 500th post! I'm not quite sure where I'm at in my tally of post, but certainly no where near there. Can I thank you for something that may sound odd...thank you for not selling out. There are so few blogs that I find now a days that aren't about selling their current item, another person's item, or giving their over glamorized review of a product that you know they'd never in a million years truly use. I just appreciate reading your posts because they are so real. And on that note, don't put my name in the drawing, I am terrible at decorating right now and I'd hate for your beautifully inspired works of art to not make it up in my house due to my current stage of...hmmm...decorating laziness!
I just really wanted to comment, tell you that I hope you have another amazing 500 posts just waiting to share :) Take care and enjoy the increasingly beautiful weather.

I love all of you r posts about homeschooling, especially since we've decided to start out HSing our preschooler. Happy 500 posts! I think I may have read all of them! And I love them all; I love your blog! You have such interesting and real-to-life things to share. But if I were going to pick a favorite it would be when you gave birth to Ian. I love the pictures of you and Carl and my most favorite of all is the family photo at the end. You all look so happy with the new baby there with you. Simply heart melting. Please keep writing. I come here everyday during my lunch break at work and it helps me relax and get my mind settled before having to start back to work again.
